In the near future, the world is experiencing an ecological catastrophe forcing people to live in a maze city around a huge lake. A sinister corporation headed by Lady Ai Hatan possessed by an evil spirit controls the city via the latest technology. Two orphans, Dan and Almir, as well as a seal girl named Eva who has magical abilities, are trying to stop Ai Hatan from destroying the whole world.

The existence of a conglomeration of cities on the shore of a fresh lake depends on Ai Hatan and Ye Hatan. The twins are the personification of mythological witches, boundless control, and secret vigor.
