THE CREATION
The animation studio of the Red Square media group was set up in 2021 as a result of more than twelve years of experience in creating multimedia and hand-drawn content for the largest and brightest television projects, as well as in the field of urban events and entertainment.
The studio focuses on animation and CGI content, as well as on the new areas of VirtProd and GameDev.
The experience, knowledge of the market and leading Russian industry professionals, as well as close contacts with international partners of the BRICS countries, led to the decision to establish the Red Square animation production.

The flying cinema platform is a cinema hall unique to Russia, equipped with a thirteen—meter hemispherical screen and generators of wind, smoke, and odors. Situated in the Flight media complex of Zaryadye Park, the cinema hall provides a unique multimedia experience — an eighteen-minute virtual flight over Moscow. Viewers can enjoy panoramic views of the capital’s main sights, such as the Great Patriotic War memorial in Victory Park on Poklonnaya Hill, the Krymsky Bridge, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the Bolshoi Theatre, Moscow State University, the Moscow City business center, VDNKh, the Ostankino TV tower, Kuskovo estate and the imperial travel palace in Petrovsky Park.

A unique multimedia complex has been designed for the museum and exhibition "Cosmonautics and Aviation" center in pavilion No. 34 dubbed "Cosmos" at VDNKh. Outside, the media hall is covered with LED panels around the perimeter. The panels display the map of the Earth. Thus, at the end of the exposition, the visitor sees a model of our planet next to the layout of the Mission control center, outwardly making the sphere an organic part of the entire exhibition. Inside, the 5D cinema is equipped with a 16-meter-high screen and is designed for 38 seats. An almost spherical screen fully engages peripheral vision, creating the main visual effect. The audience is invited to sit in dynamic chairs that tilt, vibrate, rise, and fall per the storyline of the film. The frequency of all these effects can be edited: increase or decrease based on the preferences.

The Fantastica show is a unique spectacle combining advanced technologies such as MotionCapture and exciting staged performances. Some 60 characters of the show have been developed via 3D modeling. The filming of the show was conducted in two studios with the performer and the technical team, while the stage with the scenery, the audience, and the jury were 300 meters away. Seven cameras filmed the process. The characters integrated into the frame, creating a sense of real presence on the stage. The production of 12 acts lasted for around 2.5 weeks, resulting in 144 music videos presented in the season. Currently, the second season of the show is being prepared and is expected to be even more exciting and spectacular.
