Consent to the processing of personal data of website users
By entering into this Agreement and submitting their data on the internet portal animation.red-red.com (hereinafter referred to as the Website), the Website visitor (hereinafter referred to as the User), acting voluntarily, of their own free will, and in their own interests, expresses their consent to the Website owner, OOO "KRASNY KVADRAT", INN 7 717 595 474, located at: 127 427, Russia, Moscow, Akademika Korolev St., Building 12, Floor 12, Room IB, Room 4 (hereinafter referred to as the Operator), to the processing of personal data:

2. Purpose of Processing Users' Personal Information

This Consent shall enter into force upon the User's consent to the processing of personal data by checking the box next to the text of the Consent to the Processing of Personal Data in the graphical interface of the Website and shall remain valid until the purposes for which the personal data is processed are achieved or until it is revoked.
6. 7. The user is notified that the Operator reserves the right to continue processing personal data without their consent in cases stipulated by applicable law.
8. The Operator reserves the right to unilaterally amend this Agreement at any time by publishing a new Agreement on its website. When amending the current version, the date of the last update is indicated. The new Agreement takes effect from the moment it is posted, unless otherwise provided in the new Agreement.
